Award-Winning Executive Chef
Gerald Oriol is the Certified Executive Chef and Owner of the Caribbean Breeze restaurant. With over 35 years of Executive Chef experience, he is proud to bring the Caribbean culture to downtown Nashua, NH.
The restaurant features authentic cuisines from 5 Caribbean Islands: Haiti, Jamaica, Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic and Cuba. With inspired dishes from each of these islands, Caribbean Breeze is the first establishment in the United States featuring the five islands.
